WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
For all other international countries, orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK.
You have to pay them when your order is delivered. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.
On all UK standard orders we are using Royal Mail Service,
For Next Day Delivery we are using DHL
For All International orders we are using DHL
Once an order has been placed we're unable to make any changes or cancel the order.
Once you have received your order, you can use our Return Form to process the refund.
Please note that all returns are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.
Unfortunately we're unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, PO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses
and temporary residence addresses. This is so that we can ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your order.
We're pleased to offer an extended returns period for all orders. You may return any order within 14 days of purchase. Please note that returns from outside the UK and US may be subject to a return fee, which will be calculated in our returns portal. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your return, please reach out to our customer service team at info@potoska.com, and we'll be happy to assist you. We aim to process all returns within 14 working days, although during busier times of the year, this may take up to 30 working days. Returns from international countries outside mainland UK and the US may be subject to a return fee. This cost is calculated in our Returns Portal. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for orders returned to us from outside the EU.
We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days, however this may take up to 30 working days during busier times of year. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
